Hello readers, I would like to start this week with an apology. I am very sorry for my lateness. I came down with a crippling cold yesterday and was unable to attend school, work, archery lessons, my full-contact chess competition, or write this blog.
This week I lost to Matt... Again.. And while this very well could mean the end of my season I'm not calling it quits quite yet, I just need a little luck, a little wizard magic, and a bit of positive fantasy football karma.
In order to gain said karma I would like to apologize to Corey for letting everyone know he cleaned bathrooms once. I would like to apologize to Bobby B for writing the scores of the league in last week's Wednesday paper (classifieds page 4). And last of all I would like to apologize to my good friend Dave, and wish him good luck in our upcoming matchup.
Let it be known, fantasy football gods! I, Will Brown, have wronged my rights and seek retribution in favor of Mosstradamus, may Tayvon Austin continue to go off, may Dez not stand around for 2 hours in his next game, and may Rob Housler, the wizard himself, who I picked up this week off waivers and am being forced to start, cast down a firestorm of receptions (s/o to Carson).
Let it also be known that I did not even mention the fact that two mediocre running backs put up like 40 points on me and a TE got 20 off one catch. I did not mention the fact that I definitely benched the Falcons D who got me -5. And I certainly will not bring up (or make fun of) anyone starting Big Ben Talent-less-burger.
I apologize for the short blog but those fat cats upstairs said if I missed one more I wouldn't get my Christmas bonus.
Will Brown is the 4-6 owner of the reigning Championship team, and is wondering why Cheryl is ignoring his trade proposals. Call me ;)
