Shaggy's Picks - Week Six

      Roswelker?  Alien Peterson?  I like the first one.  I really like the first one.  But, I’m sorry Will, I’m sticking with What Would Jones Drew?  For now at least.  Yes, Jones-Drew was a miss.  As was Housler.  I just have this feeling that as soon as I change my name, that player will go down with season ending turf toe.  Maybe I’ll just pick a player on my opponent’s team every week.

      I really don’t understand all the hate against Dave.  I do understand some smack talk about taking Sproles in the first.  I’m still trying to figure that one out.  If you’re not gonna bring your own cheat sheet than you really can’t complain that you also forgot your glasses and can’t read the one given to you. 

Recap:

• 24-16 going into the week, I was 6-4 yet again.  30-20.
• Browns > Bills gave me a 39 point lead going into the weekend and I took the Browns.
• I was also right on Saints > Bears, Rams > Jags (MJD had his best game with a grand total of 8), Packers > Lions (somebody sat an inactive Megatron), 49ers > Texans and Chiefs > Titans.
• Missed on Dolphins > Ravens, Seattle > Colts, Panthers > Cards and Chargers > Raiders.

My Picks:

• I’m getting this out early.  I sense an upset.  Raiders > Chiefs. Good bye and good riddance to Mr Flynn
• Bears > Giants on Thursday
• Saints > Patriots
• Packers > Ravens
• Vikings > Panthers (Ponder, Cassel or Freeman)
• Bills > Bengals…. Kinda have a bad feeling about that one
• Texans > Rams.  Houston is gonna come back strong.  With or without Shaub
• The Browns are 3-0 after trading T-Rich, but they lose to the Bengals
• Dallas > Redskins
• Lastly, I’m taking the Jets this week over the Steelers
